We were able to check in early. Staff were very friendly. The hallways and our room were clean. Walking distance to the beach. Great places to eat in walking distance.

We had such a fantastic time! Incredible, attentive staff, steps away from the beach and the amenities were well kept.

The staff needs to be more concerned and trained better. Also it’s ok to say you do not know something and ask for help. Instead of giving the wrong answer and making guests waist their time.

Great location. Spacious rooms. Great AC. Poorly maintained facility. Staff is poorly trained. Not what I would expect for the price paid.

Went with my toddler daughter and my husband. We had a oceanfront room on the 7th floor. The view was absolutely beautiful. Me and my husband woke up every morning at 5:15 so we could go settle on the balcony and watch the sunrise together. That was probably the best part about the room was the view. The room was a bit outdated but it wasn't horrible. It could just use a remodel but it wasn't nothing. That was to the point where I wouldn't come back. It was very clean. There was still sand on the floor when we got there but as soon as I called downstairs they sent somebody up immediately to clean it up. So all in all it was a wonderful stay ,Would definitely consider staying there again minus the fact that all the food there was very expensive. Everything was perfect. I just don't think that two juices and two muffins and a donut was worth $45 I went down there one morning to get my daughter a bottle of apple juice, just a regular bottle of apple juice that you would buy in a corner store or a gas station for two something and it was $5.50 so it was very expensive but it's Ocean City so it's expected. But other than that everything was wonderful
